We are looking for experienced

HW Setter Engineer

In this position you will be responsible for Hardware platforms bring up mainly on the Telecommunications field. Depending on your activity you will be involved in different steps for setting and tuning of newly assembled Hardware platforms. In dynamic, multicultural environment of our company, you will be part of a team working on projects in the area of Telecommunications and Digital Signal Processing.

As a successful candidate for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in hardware design and development
  • General understanding of Analog and Mixed signal circuitry
  • Circuit theory entry level
  • Good knowledge of measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, spectral analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.
  • Practical skills to use solderer
  • Basic computer engineering knowledge (processor and memory organization, interrupt handling, DMA, data transfer buses, serial communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, etc.)
  • General understanding of DSP theory basics (mainly time and frequency domains)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Readiness for chore
Any of the following qualifications will be a plus:
  • Familiarity with modern ICs
  • General understanding of PCB design process
  • Practical or at least theoretical knowledge of Cadence OrCAD, PCAD, Xilinx ISE, ModelSim, etc.
